SANDEEP SHARMA
President & CEO

Sandeep Sharma is founder, President and CEO of Global Consulting International Inc. (GCI), a technology consulting, medical staffing, engineering, logistics and intelligence services firm. His leadership philosophy and professional experience mirrors GCI’s mission – quality service at competitive rates.

Sandeep has over 20 years of experience executing IT consulting projects worldwide. He has worked with Oracle programs since the beginning of his career, and prior to founding GCI, Sandeep worked for Oracle Corporation (now Oracle USA) in the ERP consulting practice. During his tenure at Oracle he held various positions in delivery and practice management for the, Oracle E-Business Suite, a comprehensive suite of integrated business applications that enable organizations to make better decisions, reduce costs, and increase performance. Sandeep was recognized by Oracle for his outstanding performance, receiving not only the Consultant of the Year Award for his Oracle consulting work in the Salt Lake City area, but also the prestigious QOOL Award (Quality Outstanding Oracle Leadership), traditionally given to Oracle’s topmost achievers.

Sandeep founded GCI in 2005 with two employees on a commercial contract. He quickly expanded GCI’s footprint in 2007 by pursuing contracts in the Government sector. With the support of the Utah Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) and the Utah Small Business Administration (SBA), GCI was accepted into the SBA’s 8(a) Business Development Program in September 2007.

In 2012, Sandeep was honored by Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), a DoD organization to receive the Patriotic Employer of the Year Award. In 2013, Sandeep was awarded the Small Business Administration 8(a) Minority Small Business Person of the Year by the SBA Utah District Office.

JENNY BRINGSLID
Director of Business Development

Jenny Magdiel has 14 years of experience as a business development professional.  She has spent a majority of her career in the ultra-competitive defense industry with a proven track record of revenue-generating contract awards. Jenny has demonstrated expertise in all phases of business development from qualification of new leads to implementation of successful capture strategies. Her efforts have consistently resulted in high probability of win opportunity pursuits and winning proposals. Her background is in building, managing, and leading successful business development teams in pursuing large technical, logistic, medical, and engineering contracts. This ability has enabled her to assist several small to large businesses succeed through contract wins.


SANDY DARE
Director of Contracts and Operations

Sandy Dare has more than 25 years of professional experience in Commercial and Government Contracting. Prior to joining GCI, Sandy worked as the Acquisition/Contracts Manager on a Government contract as the prime for more than 11 years. Sandy is an accomplished leader, with the ability to communicate effectively, with a strong ethical and work culture. Her current role at GCI consists of managing multiple contracts, pricing, terms and conditions, negotiations and development and adherence to departmental policies and procedures.

Jim Rogers
Controller

Jim is a CPA and has over twenty years’ experience in Corporate Accounting and Finance. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and has a Masters in Accounting from the same university. Prior to working at GCI, Jim was the Controller at a division of L-3 Communications and as a Planning and Budget Analyst at Questar. As the newly appointed Controller, he oversees all aspects of the accounting and financial management.

Debbie Sweeting
Director of Human Resources

Debbie Sweeting has more than 20 years of experience working in Human Resource/Human Capital Management. At GCI, Debbie leads a team of HR professionals responsible for onboarding, recruiting and assisting employees on human resources matters. Her leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills make her a great addition to the management team. Debbie attended Utah State University pursing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
