Description:
Successful candidates for this position will have at least 5 years of experience designing, formatting, and producing artwork for inclusion in publications, reports, or other projects. Candidates also need to have a knowledge of FEMA’s publishing environment and style standards as well as a working knowledge of the Government Printing Office’s printing regulations and processes for submission of camera ready art in electronic formats. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is desired, and samples of previous work will be required during the interview process.
Duties will include producing materials for government publication as needed in support of the FEMA PTAS (Planning and Technical Assistance Support) contract.
