Quality Policy – Using our continually improving Quality Management System (QMS), GCI will provide ethical, reliable, high-quality, cost-effective solutions to meet the requirements of our internal and external customers.
GCI utilizes CMMI, ISO and industry best practices to guide our process improvement initiatives ensuring that our processes are documented, repeatable and reliable.
By applying CMMI key principles and ISO guidelines, GCI is able to integrate traditionally separate organizational functions, set process improvement goals and priorities. We also provide guidance for quality processes and a point of reference for appraising current processes. At GCI we conduct biannual departmental audits and quarterly management reviews to ensure that we are as productive and efficient as possible.
GCI’s goal in implementing a QMS is to be the “Contractor of Choice” as well as an industry leader for government, commercial and non-profit customers. GCI designed their QMS to enhance their ability to provide quality services that not only meet applicable regulatory requirements, but also meet their customer's requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
