TJC provided GCI with The Gold Seal of Approval after earning the certification. We monitor our performance in recruitment and retention, and the proficiency and acceptability of our healthcare providers. We also monitor quality and performance on the overall contract. The iterative process we use includes monitoring and measuring service metrics, analyzing service review data and continuously improving the processes applying our CMMI and ISO quality driven approaches.

GCI is proud to be one of only 22 vendors selected to provide clinical staffing to Air Force Medical Facilities throughout the U.S. through the Clinical Acquisition for Support Services (CLASS) program. This program is designed to fill clinical staffing shortages at Air Force Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) throughout the United States and Guam. Through this contract, GCI has successfully employed hundreds of exceptional allied health services, nursing services, specialty providers, behavioral health services, dental services, ancillary services, primary care providers and technician services, staffing dozens of Air Force Bases across the United States through the success of the CLASS contract.
Experience
GCI currently provides medical support services at Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) on our GSA Schedule 621i task orders, as well as on multiple task orders supporting Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Q-Coded Services (MQS). GCI is the prime contractor on the DHA MQS IDIQ contract. Our seasoned team has been supporting the CONUS and OCONUS MTFs for more than 10 years as a prime on similar contracts, such as Clinical Acquisition for Support Services (CLASS) ,and as a subcontractor under similar contracts, including the U.S. Air Force Medical Service Commodity Council Clinical Support Services (CSS), and Medical Support Services (MSS).
GCI is proud to be one of 36 vendors to fulfill the Department of Defense (DoD) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) oversight and Performance Management Committee’s requirement for the Medical Q-Coded Services (MQS). This program is designed to fill personal or non-personal medical services to supplement the staff at MTFs throughout the United States. On this contract, GCI has successfully employed hundreds of exceptional Health Care Workers (HCWs), which includes qualified credentialed and non-credentialed HCWs.
